BUDGET 3LD LEAK DETECTOR
The 3LD leak detector is a heavy duty, low output machine designed to run in tandem with extrusion blow molders.
The machine is suitable for all bottles between 1/2 to 10L.
Output on a 1 gallon container is 8 ppm. It has the capacity to detect ten thousandths of an inch hole diameter
but at reduced speeds, can detect much finer holes
Specifications:
• Test capacity up to 10L bottle
• Test rates up to 500 pph
• Air requirements 80-120 psi
• Conveyor speed 0-131 feet per minute
